This is a group of dancers at DancEnergy who help our Dance teams to be successful recreational dancers. The following are the dancers that are a part of the DancEnergy Collaborative and the responsibilities they have agreed to uphold as a part of the collaborative.
Camryn, Danielle, Pam, Colleen, Isabel, Miss Margaret, Mareena, Corri
The members of the DancEnergy Collaborative:
- Can be leaders of the Dance Teams
- Can be in charge backstage when the dancers are getting ready (can give direction with make-up, hair, costumes, and any dance team rules including the use of cell phones)
- Can help add to choreography for teams, solos, duos, trios and show choreography
- Can help with classes and choreography
- Can be in charge of practices and team events should Lisa not be available
- Can be a support network for DancEnergy
It is agreed that the members of the Collaborative will not deal with any parent issues. All parents should address their concerns to Camryn or Lisa only. All dance team members will be told of Dance Team rules and will know that those who are a part of the Collaborative have been asked to reinforce the rules. Changes to the DancEnergy Collaborative can be made throughout the dance season and all changes will be shared with the team members and their families as they occur.

Camryn Santiago:
Camryn Santiago is entering her 24th year as a dancer at DancEnergy. Over the years, she has grown into a dedicated instructor, choreographer, and mentor to many of our dancers. In recent seasons, Camryn has taken on a lead teaching role in several classes and has choreographed numerous solos, duos, and team routines—especially during this past summer.
Each year, she helps guide our dancers to Nationals in Cape Cod. All season she plays a key role behind the scenes by managing reminders and keeping everyone organized for classes and team commitments.
Camryn holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s in education studies from Rivier University. Outside of the studio, she brings her passion for teaching into the classroom as a third-grade teacher.
Danielle Sullivan:
Danielle Sullivan started dancing at DancEnergy in 1989 and has been dancing here since! (yes, that 36 years...she loves dancing with Lisa that much!). She enjoys being part of the annual recital, choreographing for the competition teams, community service and so much more. Danielle taught third grade in the Billerica Public Schools for 18 years. She recently just began her new role as an assistant principal in the Lowell Public Schools. Outside of dance, she enjoys traveling, serves as secretary for the Greater Lowell Road Runners and sings in the adult choir at St. Michael's Church in Lowell. If you ever have questions about traveling to Walt Disney World, she can answer them and may invite herself on your trip!
Pam Quinn:
My name is Pam Quinn and I’ve been part of the DancEnergy family for the past 20+ years. I’ve been part of the dance team and collaborative for the past several years. I am the 'Miss Fix-it' at the studio and also take care of the music and the sound system at the yearly shows. When I'm not at the studio I work as an associate director for an Early Enrichment center. I’ve have happily worked there for the past 12+ years.
Colleen Hood:
Cyndy Milne:
My name is Cyndy Milne and I have been part of the DancEnergy family since the beginning. The motto “Self Confidence Through Dance” is tattooed on my wrist. I could not think of a better more inclusive environment than DancEnergy for my girls to develop a love and appreciation of dance. When I am not dancing or competing with DancEnergy I work as an Educational Coordinator for a childcare center in New Hampshire. I am also enrolled at Granite State College pursuing my bachelor’s degree in early childhood education/ early childhood special education.
Isabel Sweeney:
Isabel Sweeney has been a part of the DancEnergy family since 2004. She can be found helping choreograph numbers, advising makeup, costume, and music choices and volunteering at dance related events to support the dancers. When she isn’t dancing or helping other dancers backstage, she works for MillTown Plumbing as their trainer.
Margaret Hawking:
Margaret has been a member of our studio for over 30+ years. Her involvement in the studio is helping to run The Recital Ticket Day sales. Plus managing & coordinating the dancers backstage during dress rehearsal & both nights of the show. During the day she her works in a Podiatry office in Chelmsford.
Mareena Carlson:
Mareena has been a part of the DancEnergy family for 35+ years and still loving it. She has found great joy in growing as a dancer, sharing every step of the journey with the friends she’s made along the way. The relationships she’s built and the experiences she’s shared have been significant and dancing is something she looks forward to every Thursday evening. Around the studio, you can find Mareena helping with choreography, sharing input in class, fishing an old dance costume out of "storage", or taking backstage photos at the recital. When Mareena is not at dance, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends whether it be an at home dinner, day out, vacationing, or just relaxing together. She is an 8th grade teacher in the Lowell Public Schools system and coaches soccer, basketball, and volleyball.
